Before you open the reader.

Panelli is a comic reader and a tool for binding images into .pne files. These terms explain what Adaptor House provides and what stays your responsibility. Please read them, then confirm each point below.

Your content is separate from the tool.

Adaptor House LLC provides only the Panelli software. Anything you open, view, or bind into a .pne file in Panelli (your "content") is separate from that software. Adaptor House does not supply, host, upload, receive, review, store, own, license, or endorse your content, and nothing you load becomes part of Panelli or of any Adaptor House work.

1. What Panelli does

  1. Panelli runs entirely in your browser. Files you open or make are read and stored only on your device (in this browser's storage). They are never sent to Adaptor House or anyone else.
  2. The .pne files you make are created on your device and saved by you. Adaptor House has no copy of them and can't see or recover them.

2. Copyright and your responsibility

  1. Only open or make .pne files from content you created, own, or have permission to use, or content that is in the public domain or otherwise lawful for you to use.
  2. Don't use Panelli to copy, convert, distribute, or share copyrighted works without the rights holder's permission. Making a .pne doesn't give you any rights in the images inside it.
  3. You alone are responsible for the content you load into Panelli, the .pne files you make, and anything you do with them, including sharing them.

3. Ownership and marks

  1. The Panelli software, design, and the .pne format specification are © 2026 Adaptor House LLC. All rights reserved.
  2. Panelli™ and Adaptor House™ are trademarks of Adaptor House LLC. Using Panelli doesn't grant any right to use them.
  3. Adaptor House claims no rights in your content.

4. No warranty

  1. Panelli is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Browser storage can be cleared at any time, so keep your original files.
  2. To the extent the law allows, Adaptor House LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of Panelli or from your content.
  3. If these terms change, you'll be asked to confirm the new version before using Panelli again.
